• We recommend a $1M event insurance policy with The Laboratory Mill listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $190.

• Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. 

• Tax is already included and no gratuities are tacked on at the last minute.

• The Laboratory Mill has no hidden fees.  We even include the tables, chairs and tablecloths so no need to rent that separately.
