There is no food and beverage minimum spending amount (and our catering investment starts around $13 per person.)
There is no minimum number of guests required.
There is no requirement for real china.

The Laboratory Mill offers tables, chairs and tablecloths for use at no additional fee (which can easily add $1,000+ to your bill at other venues.)

Two Day Rental - A Pretty Sweet Perk Of Choosing A Saturday
When you rent The Laboratory Mill on Saturday, we throw in Friday for free!
That means you can decorate on Friday and have nothing to do on Saturday except relax and get dressed. Talk about stress free!
Weekday rentals (Non-holiday Monday - Thursday’s) are $3,800. Holiday weekends may vary.
Lots Of Fun “Extras” - Without Extra Fees
Exclusive access to the 20,000 sq. ft. venue, landscaped grounds and beautiful riverfront (including "beaches" and dam.)
The Laboratory Mill team members onsite throughout the day and evening to assist in making magic happen
Two ceremony locations (the choice between the belfry wing and the card room.) In either case, no need to worry about inclement weather while still enjoying the view of nature from our large windows.
Multiple spots for photos that will last a lifetime
Tables and upgraded white wedding chairs setup to your specifications
Two beautiful dressing areas, ideal for pictures
Lighted parking lot, with parking attendants and special assistance
Indoor bathrooms (the entire venue is wheelchair accessible)

We recommend a $1m event insurance policy with The Laboratory Mill listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $190.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour.
Tax is already included and no gratuities are tacked on at the last minute.
The Laboratory Mill has no hidden fees. We even include the tables, chairs and tablecloths so no need to rent that separately.
